Although surrounded by peaceful woodland with views over farmland to Dartmoor we're surprisingly accessible, less than 2 miles from the A38 dual carriageway and 10 minutes from the end of the M5. Nearby is the small town of Chudleigh, useful for the essentials of post office, chemist, dentist, two doctors' surgeries and two mini-supermarkets. The larger market town of Newton Abbot is 8 miles with a Minor Injuries Unit at the NHS hospital and the city of Exeter 10 miles away, with NHS walk-in centre and full Emergency Department at the NHS Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.
